New Year’s Eve
Happy Monday, y’all! I started my day off with a healthy breakfast, the first day of C25K and an arm and ab workout from the Tone It Up girls…pretty productive if I say so myself. Christmas 2014 pt. 2
In case you missed part 1 of my Christmas 2014 recap, you can see it here. Okay…when I left yesterday, we had just finished opening presents at my parents’ house on Christmas morning. Mom popped in some cinnamon rolls for breakfast and then Cory and I headed home to shower and drop off the dogs before heading back to my parents’ for lunch with my dad’s side of the family.
Christmas 2014 pt. 1
Man, oh man…what a Christmas week we’ve had! We started our Christmas celebrations LAST Saturday and finished them up yesterday afternoon. I don’t think it gets much better than celebrating Christmas for a solid week but it’s left us exhausted and bummed about being back at work today. Not to mention, I came down with a nasty cold on Christmas night and spent the majority of the weekend sleeping. I really got the good end of that stick with just a cold though, because my mom also got sick on Christmas night and she tested positive for the flu on Friday morning. Thanksgiving in Austin
We are home from Austin and our hearts {and bellies} are so full! I didn’t realize how much Cory and I needed a little break to escape the craziness of everyday life and couldn’t think of a better place to retreat than Austin with Caleb and Anna.
