June in Review + July Goals

I feel like I say this every month but holy crap, June was a whirlwind! Every weekend was booked up months ago, ending with Kristen’s wedding on Sunday. We didn’t get home until after 8:00pm and I was wiped out. I’m still struggling with the long weekend! Needless to say, I didn’t even think {let alone look at} my goals after posting them a month ago. Overall, I’m gonna give myself a big fat F. 1. Drink more water. I got rid of four trash bags full of clothes and shoes that I don’t wear any more. I’d call that a success! 3. Go through our office/music room/storage room. Make a donation pile and yard sale pile and PURGE. Get rid of anything we don’t need especially any home decorations I’m no longer using.Done and Done!…

    Monthly Goals: April

Happy Monday, y’all! It’s raining like crazy here today but I don’t mind one bit. Rain down and wash this nasty pollen away! I’m sure it helps that I’m home today {after 3 weeks of working on Monday} and this rain gives me the perfect excuse to stay home, work on my blog and attempt to sew some pillow covers with the fabric I got this weekend. I’ll keep you updated on how that one goes. I’m sure y’all have seen these monthly goals floating around blogland and I’m pretty late in the game {of course} but I’m hopping on the bandwagon in hopes of creating some accountability for myself.…
